After sales service guarantee
The company has established complete user files, quality files, and product sales records, and implements full process tracking and management of products sent to various users. Before receiving customer complaints, the company actively collects customer opinions and provides high-quality after-sales service in a timely manner. If it is necessary to confirm that the problem needs to be solved at the customer's site, professional personnel will be dispatched within 48 hours (only in China) to assist in handling any problems that arise during the use of empty capsules.
