Storage characteristics

1.Empty capsules have the characteristics of being prone to breakage when the water content is too low, and softening and deformation when the water content is too high. Therefore, the moisture content of hollow capsules when leaving the factory should be controlled between 12.5-17.5%.

2. Containers containing capsules should be placed on shelves, away from windows and pipes, in a cool and ventilated place, away from sunlight and near heat sources.Do not place or apply heavy pressure at will.

3. The packaging container should be kept sealed before use. If it has been opened, appropriate sterilization measures should be taken to avoid bacterial contamination.

4. The inventory temperature should be maintained at 10-25 ℃; Maintain a relative humidity of 35-65%.

5. It should not be stored under high temperature and high humidity conditions, otherwise it will become soft due to heat and cause adhesion and deformation. It should also not be placed in an environment with too low temperature or too dry, otherwise the capsule is prone to brittleness and fragility.

6. According to the above storage conditions, the empty capsule can be stored intact for more than 24 months.
