In the afternoon, the team conducted an outdoor expansion training on "self-awareness and self transcendence" at Hongyu Ecological Park. Training is carried out actively, lively, and orderly in a relaxed, open, and letting go atmosphere. Through expansion training, team members fully recognize their strengths, weaknesses, and potential, enhance mutual trust and cohesion among members, and thus have a deeper understanding that having command, execution, division of labor, cooperation, mutual coordination and cooperation, mutual support and tacit understanding are important factors for team success.
